Package Contents: Used Appliance 3-Item Set
This is an ideal used appliance set for single living.
As these are used items, there may be signs of use, scratches, dents, stains, or minor damage.
Rental Washing Machine (4.5kg-5.5kg)
- Fully automatic washing machine (with wash to spin cycle functions)
- Capacity, color, size, and manufacturing year cannot be selected.
- The washing tub has been disassembled and cleaned.
Rental Microwave
- Standard microwave with defrost and heating functions
- Oven function is not included.
- Capacity, color, size, and manufacturing year cannot be selected.
Rental Refrigerator (85L-100L)
- Two-door refrigerator with freezer and refrigerator compartments.
- The freezer is direct cooling type.
- Capacity, color, size, and manufacturing year cannot be selected.

Pricing Plans and Application Process
Pricing Plan
As this is a 10-month plan, we cannot provide refunds for early returns.
Including the return date and exchange days, you can use the items for 12 months.
You can decide on a return date with plenty of time during the free rental period.
However, the 10-month rental plan is mandatory, and you cannot use only the free rental period.
Application Process
Please place your order at the same time as your apartment contract.
Pay the 10-month rental fee of 35,000 yen in a lump sum.
Please pay the 10,000 yen deposit on the day of appliance installation.
The rental period is 10 months, but we provide an additional 2 months as a free rental period!
About the Deposit
We will refund the deposit on the day of appliance collection.
If the condition is unchanged from the time of rental, we will refund the deposit.
In case of damage, microwave burns, or malfunction, we will deduct from the deposit.

Application
Please apply for rental at the same time as your apartment contract.
Payment

Delivery & Installation
We will deliver and install the appliances within one week of your move-in date.
Usage
You can use the appliances for 10 months + 2 free months, a total of 12 months.
Collection & Refund
After the period ends, we will collect the appliances and refund your deposit.
